1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a refund if:

  • You don’t feel fully satisfied with the product

  • You change your mind

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect

We give you this period so you can feel the piece, experience it, and decide with certainty — because confidence is part of your image.

2. Zaynna Extended Warranty — 5 Years of Quality & Durability

Every Zaynna bag comes with a 5-year warranty covering quality, structure, and durability.

Our promise is simple:
a piece built to match your pace, your routine, and your standards — without losing presence.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural issues

  • Stitching

  • Handles and straps

  • Abnormal wear

  • Internal and external finishing flaws caused by manufacturing defects

It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, chemical exposure, or natural wear over time.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

4. Returning the Product

For returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

For returns due to manufacturing defects:

  • Zaynna covers all return shipping costs.

Conditions for acceptance:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

  • No signs of use

  • All accessories and original tags included

We value transparency and integrity in every step of the process.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once your product arrives at our inspection centre:

  1. It undergoes a technical evaluation.

  2. If approved, you may choose:

    • A replacement of the same item

    • An exchange for another product of equal value

    • A full refund

Our analysis is thorough — because your experience matters.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.

They will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

7. Important Information

  • Requests must be made within 30 days for returns or within 5 years for warranty coverage.

  • We cannot accept items showing misuse, accidental damage, missing accessories, or stains caused by improper handling.

  • Technical inspection is required for all warranty assessments.
